The Estera Ankle Weight Bangle is a silicone wearable resistance accessory designed for indoor fitness, Pilates, and barre training. Built with a triangle-segment design that flexes naturally with your body, each bangle wraps securely around your ankle or wrist and stays in place through every movement — no sliding, no chafing, no adjusting mid-set.
